8.30am: Registration and meet & greet

9am - 10.30am: Resourcing & Induction

In this opening sesssion you’ll hear how to use social media to find and connect with candidates and build your EVP. And you’ll hear amazing case studies of innovative resourcing and induction shared by Troy Hammond, Katrina Collier, Lisa McCarthy and Bridget Romanes.

10.30am: MORNING TEA

11am - 12.30pm: Performance & Recognition

Next you’ll get to hear about examples of how to reinvent performance reviews in a way that employees and managers love and that solves more HR issues than it creates! You’ll discover what innovative companies are doing with remuneration and recognition schemes to build culture including examples shared by Perry Timms, Penelope Barton and Linda Bateson.

12.30pm: LUNCH

1.30pm - 3pm: Building a brilliant workplace

This is where you can take more inspiration about how to build a brilliant workplace. You’ll hear about ways to use technology, build wellness, create a coaching culture, use ABW, get managers excited about Health & Safety, work productively with unions and use entirely new tools to deliver HR. This is about culture tools that work, shared by Aaron McIntosh, Simon Oldham, Tracy Sinclair, Mary Britton and Andre Lubbe.

3.30pm - 5pm: Engaging & Influencing your managers

How do you really get your business on board with HR? How can you create HR

engagement and influence effectively? In the last part of the day you’ll hear fantastic tips from Rachel Klaver on how to use sales and marketing, from Susan Lowe on building your personal brand, from David Keane on how to be deliberately successful and from LIsa Bell on how to use storytelling to get your message through!

5pm: Think Tank & Action Planning session

The up to date programme will be posted here. Once we’ve received your registration, we will send you a confirmation pack and a payment link. If you are unable to attend and written notification is received by us 4 weeks in advance, you will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee. After that, no refunds will be issued. There are no refunds on Super Early bird tickets, however tickets are transferable within your company.

You can substitute your attendance with someone else up to the Friday before the conference. Please email us and let us know.
