Need some extra help in your team?

Our HR consulting all have at least 14 years HR generalist experience. We work with many HR teams. Here are some of the projects or support we’ve provided:

Providing advice and support if you’re working through a process you’re not confident on or want external help (restructuring, M&A, disciplinary procedures, induction, remuneration or policies and procedures)

Contractors / Consultants

Are you thinking about leaving an in-house role and going consulting or contracting? If you’d like to be kept up to date on roles with Elephant, then please email us and let us know.

Our consulting roles tend to be for short projects and working with different clients, so don’t suit everyone.

Contracting roles tend to be with one client for set period of time (e.g. 1 month to 12 months).

They are quite different so please let us know which you prefer.
